Privacy notice

It should cover: what personal data you collect through enquiries and how it is used; your lawful basis under UK GDPR; how long you keep artist submissions and enquiry emails; who the data is shared with, including email and hosting providers; rights of access, correction and erasure; and how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Because the platform holds booking, scheduling and invoicing data for artists and the promoters who contact them, the notice also needs to explain what is stored there, for how long, and what happens to it when a management agreement ends.

If the site later adds analytics, embedded video or a contact form, this notice and a cookie banner both need revisiting.
