Artist management services
Everything a career needs, run properly.
One service, not a menu. Strategy, booking and touring, releases, sync and brand, and the business behind it, run by one named manager on one plan. From London and Amsterdam, for artists in every genre.
- 1
- named manager, met on the first call
- 12 months
- planned in writing before you sign
- Monthly
- report: what we did, what came in, what is next
- £0
- extra for the website, booking desk, diary and invoicing
What we do
Five parts, one job.
Each part depends on the others: a tour is planned around a release, and a sync fee is only worth taking if it fits the plan. Choose one to see what it means in practice.
Artist management
Strategy, the team around you, the deals and the day to day, planned backwards from where you want to be in five years.
What we do
- Write the 12 month plan with you and keep it current
- Build the team: agent, label, publisher, lawyer, chosen for you
- Negotiate and check every deal before you sign it
- Stay on top of the diary, so nothing is missed or double booked
What you see
- Your plan as dated actions, shared in your own diary
- A monthly report and a monthly meeting
- One manager who knows your numbers and your next twelve months

Booking and touring
Fees, holds, offers, contracts and routing, with every date in one pipeline, and touring commissioned on what is left after its costs.
What we do
- Pitch you to the venues, festivals and private clients that fit
- Agree the fee, send a written agreement, invoice and chase
- Route tours so the travel pays for itself
- Send a day sheet before every show: times, contacts, address
What you see
- Every enquiry, hold and fee on your own booking desk
- No double bookings: clashes are flagged the moment they happen
- Touring commissioned on the net, so a break even tour costs you nothing

Release strategy
Singles, EPs and albums on a calendar that holds together, with registrations, assets and pitching done in time, not the week of.
What we do
- Plan every release twelve weeks back from release day
- Masters, artwork, ISRCs and the UPC delivered in time
- Pitch press, radio, playlists and Spotify editorial ahead of release
- Build the shows and the content around the release
What you see
- The plan week by week, with who does each task
- First week numbers, and the follow up after
- Every song registered, so the royalties reach you
On the roster: Between The Head & The Heart, six songs released on 31 July 2026, followed by the single Time Machine on 11 September. Listen →

Sync and brand
Music in film, TV, games and adverts, and brand partnerships chosen for fit, priced properly and papered.
What we do
- Keep your catalogue cleared and ready, so a supervisor can say yes fast
- Pitch to music supervisors who use your kind of music
- Price and negotiate placements and partnerships
- Say no to the deals that do not fit who you are
What you see
- Every pitch and every answer on your monthly report
- Fees and the royalties that follow a broadcast
- Only partnerships you have agreed to
Business and admin
Contracts, invoices, royalties, registrations and budgets, run on our own platform and always yours to take with you.
What we do
- Invoices sent and chased, payments matched
- Royalty registrations checked: PRS for Music, PPL, Buma/Stemra, Sena
- Budgets for releases and tours, agreed before money is spent
- Contracts kept, with every date and option in one place
What you see
- Your own website, booking desk, diary and invoicing, at no extra cost
- Every figure on your monthly report
- Your records stay yours, during the agreement and after it

- Months 3 to 6The first releasePitched to press, radio and playlists in time, with a launch show around it.

Every genre
Who we work with.
The work of management is the same in a club, a concert hall or a stadium: a plan, the right people, fair terms, and money that arrives. We take on artists at different stages, from a first record to a touring catalogue. We take on few, so fit matters more than size.

Where we work
London and Amsterdam.
Emberlight Artists Ltd is registered in England and Wales and run from London, with a second office on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Between them they cover the two markets our artists work in most, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, and the European circuit that connects them.
Deals are not limited by the map. Streaming, publishing and sync are worldwide, and we license and negotiate wherever the work is. What the two offices give an artist is somebody on the ground in both places, in the same time zone as the promoters and the labels.
How it starts

What services does Emberlight Artists offer?
Full artist management: career strategy and the team around the artist, booking and touring, release planning, sync and brand partnerships, and the business side of contracts, money and administration. They are one service, not a menu. An artist we manage gets all of it.
Can I hire you for just one thing, like booking or a single release?
Not at the moment. We work as an artist’s manager, across the whole career, because the parts depend on each other: a tour is planned around a release, and a sync fee is only worth taking if it fits the plan. If you need one piece of work done, we are happy to suggest who to ask.
Which genres do you work with?
All of them. The roster runs from singer-songwriters to composers, and we listen to everything we are sent: pop, folk and country, rock, R&B and hip hop, electronic and dance, jazz, classical and music for screen, and music from every tradition. What decides fit is the music and the plan, not the category.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Emberlight Artists Ltd is registered in London, with a second office in Amsterdam. We manage artists across the United Kingdom and the Netherlands and book and license their work across Europe and beyond.
Considering representation?
Tell us what you are working on and where you want to be in five years. We read every application properly and we reply to everyone, including when the answer is no.
